Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of class registration can be done online up to 6 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within this 6-hour window, you will lose your credit.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a class for which you have registered carries the same consequences as canceling within the 6-hour window: the loss of the credit or a no-show fee.

PAYMENT

All prices are subject to HST.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase for any pass or services.

Class Registration Restrictions

You will be unable to register for classes if there is no current or active pass on your account, potentially preventing you from attending classes.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or returns on purchases for classes, membership plans, or workshops.

Auto-Renew Membership Terms

Auto-Renew Membership contracts involve automatic withdrawals from your credit card, beginning the day you sign up for your membership.

Additional Class Charges

Classes beyond the allotted amount in your membership tier can be taken at the per-class rate of your membership. Unused classes do not roll over to the next cycle.

Membership Details

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Auto-Payment Default

In case of a default on an Auto Payment, the membership will be placed on hold until resolution.
